I moved in an apartment last month and guy is nuts. I agreed to assist the guy in adding a second bathroom. He says I don't do enough work when I get home from working 8-12 hours a day at work, yet he is never doing any work. He has broken our lease agreement so I asked him for my deposit back so I can move in October. He then informs me that he has no money and he is months behind on his mortgage. Then he says he's selling his car on Craigslist. I look on Craigslist and his ad says he's moving out of state in the fall. What do I do?
