How much would my mortgage payments be?
Added (1). My grandma might buy a house for us and pay cash, but she has asked for us to pay $800 a month. The house is listed @ $152,000 but we'd like to offer around $140k. The appraisal district has it @ $137k *value* The realtor that is listing it says that means nothing, just that the owners were "smart enough to negotiate for lower taxes". We want my grandma to include the taxes (school, county, city, etc) into the monthly payments. I doubt she'd charge interest, if so it be probably 1-3%.
Added (2). Keep in mind- we are not going through a traditional bank. My grandma is
acting as the bank.
