I wanted to know if you think i could be able to save $80,000 if i served 8 years in the army as an active duty infantry soldier because i was thinking that by me being able to save $500 every month in my first 4 years in the army i would end up with $24,000 in 4 years and what i would do next is re-enlist for another 4 years and i think by then i would be making more money because of my time in the military and depending on my rank i would walk away in the second 4 years with $50,000 or more and what i would do then is put it in the bank which would be $80,000 or more and i would then get out of the military find myself a job as either a Police officer or an Armored truck driver and hopefully with my military experience of 8 years i would be making a salary of $40,000 or $50,000 maybe even more and i would then take out my $80,000 out of the bank to buy myself an $80,000 home and for the extra cost of buy the house i would take a bank loan which i think i would be able to get do to my time in service and i would buy the house and with my job just pay off the loan. And ones payed off i would buy myself a really nice car because i wouldn't have to pay anymore Rent (to anyone) or Mortgages so all that money would go to my car payment and Bills and i would have it all by the time am 29-30 years old. What do you think
thanks you
