I'm looking for a calculator that will tell me how much I can afford to spend on a mortgage. Ideally, I'd like one that includes potential hidden fees, taxes, interest, etc to determine the max amount I can spend.
Added (1). Im not asking how much I can borrow. I want to know how much is actually doable. I could be offered a certain number and us the maximum for a loan but that wouldnt be wise because of other costs. What should i take into account?
