I have been a stay at home mom for 17 years. On the side, I had part-time jobs, antiques furniture business and currently real estate license. I have money set aside from an inheritance which I plan to use in old age. My husband maintains two jobs to pay the mortgage and taxes which is about 60% of all our monthly bills. Lately, I have been dipping from my funds to cover miscellaneous expenses of our family. My husband says his retirement funds are actually ours to share. He says this, to assure me that it's ok to use some of my retirement funds. What do you think?
