First let me say the house is in California, it was never sold because it was a model home that was built around 2006 so there are no previous owners or mortgage company aside from the development company that built it. The company stopped making homes in that area and left. Until now the house has been vacant with the house looking horrible and ugly, it's got no kitchen cabinets anymore, full of trash and graffiti and broken windows. I went to the county clerk and that's how I found out it was a model home that was never sold, but I am unable to find how to contact the development company. They only listed their name and I can't find any contact information any where on the internet. My city had no idea who owns that house or how to contact them. I want that house to fix up and to live in it, what can I do.
