I want to pay off parent's mortgage?
Added (1). My two siblings and I have come with a year plan. My mom is a single parent. And pretty soon we'll all be moving away so we want to make it easier for her since she has my youngest sibling who is 6 living with her still. She works super hard and her mortgage now is set at 113 and we decided we'd all pay 1200 a month equaling 4800 (including moms payments) she doesn't know that we're going to be doing this. It's kind of a surprise, but we want to make sure that we can't… Idk get into any legal
Added (2). Problems by paying her mortgage off so early. Would my 2 siblings and I be able to just send in our checks to the mortgage company using her loan ID… And pay it off that way? Or do we have to go in and alert them of the large payments that will be coming in for the next two years?
