In short, my ex and I bought a condo together. We split up a month after buying it. I lived in it for a year because we couldn't put it back on the market so soon. I paid for EVERYTHING, including new 2000 countertops since the ones were really bad. Not asking for money for the counters, but he is refusing to pay for half of the mortgage, electric bill, ect. Im no longer living in the condo. Also fear he wont pay for half if we end up upside down on the loan and owe more than it's worth
