Before you begin to pass judgements about my bad credit. I have JRA (Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis) and as a result I had to stop working and fell on hard times. I am now receiving Social Security, and I am more financially stable.
With that being said, is there any possibility that a lender would work with me to buy a house?
Living in an apartment is hard on my Arthritis, as i cannot make the necessary accommodations. Buying a home would provide me with more freedom and independence.
