My brother and his girlfriend have no where to live and I had to help them because my family is pressuring me ( mom and dad) and let them move in into my kid's play room. I moved out all their toys. They think 300 is reasonable including utilities, use of my refrigerator, washer, and dryer and they want the hallway bathroom. I think 400 is more reasonable. They complain that they are broke and they can't afford that. They would supply their own food. I pay 1200 in mortgage and 300 utilities without them. What do you think is reasonable?
