Here's the situation… My father, his wife, and I live in NC. Both of their names are on the mortgage. I'm 19, not her kid. I moved down here to help my dad through this situation.
Two nights ago, My father and her got an in argument.
My father called the 911 to make her stop.
My father canceled 911, but they still came.
Police showed up for a domestic dispute, the officer showed up, talked to both parties and left.
The next day, my father was arrested.
I get a call to bail him out. The charge was "assault on a female" SHE TOLD THE OFFICER that night, "he pushed her". The officer said I cant help you. So she went to the court and put a warrant out for his arrest. My father would never touch a female.
SHE IS WORTHLESS PIECE OF **** THAT DOESNT WORK! Now, my father was ordered by court to stay away and not to return to house. He works for the government…
She basically lied to a police figure, and the court, guilty of false accusation, and now my dad is living out of his car until the court date in 20 days!
SHE CANNOT PAY THE BILLS! Does my dad have to pay the bills? He was kicked out! I will move in with a friend, but the water, electric, heat, etc should be cut off on this stupid *****! What can be done about this?
