I am a 36 year old single mum. I have a mortgage with Northern Rock and I am desperate to change to a lower rate mortgage. I work in a low paid job but I have a lot of equity in my house.
My mortgage is £120,000 but my house is worth £400,000.
I have never fell behind with the payments and I have excellent credit history. Does anyone know of any mortgage company that could help me?
