I live in TX, and my husband currently has his parent's mortgage under his name. We're looking forward into buying our new home but, we're wondering if a second loan can be under his name. My credit is not so good so we won't be able to get a loan with my credit. I'm pretty sure that they'll look into his income but, I was also wondering if my income can be apply as well into the home loan. I'm new to all this home buying thing so I'm trying to figure out if there's any options for us. Thanks for the help!
