a Family came to view my rental house, they have bad credit and are in forclosure, the wife only makes 20,000 a year and the husband is promised a realtor job in 1 month when he gets his license, he gave me the name and number to verify the promised job, the rent is 950.00 a mnth plus they would have to pay all utilities. They would give me 2 months up front plus sec dep, i really need to rent it out because the holidays are here and i cant afford 2 mortgages. Should i do a month to month with them? Or let it sit and not get anything. Not sure what to do.
