What do lenders need when you are modifying your mortgage?
Added (1). They want my bank statements for three months and a few other papers, what is the calculator they use with a hardship letter to modify your mortgage pmt and approve it? I was told it just goes into a computer and it's a numbers game. If the numbers are good, your approved. Anyone else know?
