I have been sued by a collection agency for the chase credit card debit. I am unemployed for long time. I received a petition from a Texas county court. I really don't know what to do. Please help. And if the court made a judgment in favor of them, what will happen? I don't have money to pay it back. I doesn't even have a bank account. I have a house ( my son paying for the mortgage and other stuff, but its under my name) and a 6 year old car (paid off). Am I going to lose those? Please help.
