I am hoping to buy a house at auction next week, but the legal pack states that by viewing records for houses withing 50 meters they have determined that the house has a high to moderate risk of subsidence. Are there any solicitors out there that could give me some advice on whether they think I would be ok to get a mortgage on this house?
