Forclosure was once owned by my Father who passed away in 2013. At time of death, he was upside-down on his mortgage and behind on payments. I was never atttached to the mortgage, but was name admin. Of estate following his death. Lender tried to have me take on loan, but wouldnt of been smart financially on my part at the time. Now that the price of the home has dropped (50%), and is now in forclosure, I would like to purchase it as an investment property. (Home needs major work)
