Hey everyone, I'm a 21 year old that recently inherited 300k. Here is what I wanted to do:
1. Buy a condo in Beverly hills by putting a down payment of 20% and mortgage every month would be about $3,000
2. Get a job to afford the mortgage. I speak fluent japanese so I was looking online for jobs that need that skill and turns out there is a lot of that and they pay about $20 and hour.
Does this sound realistic? Any advice? It's alwys been a dream to live there
