Three years after foreclosure we are wanting to buy a house?
Added (1). We have worked hard and saved up enough for a 20% down payment on a small house. Would it be possible to get a conventional loan or would we need to get an FHA loan? Credit score is around 630 so not great but enough for an FHA loan. I think we should at least apply for a conventional loan.
