Assumable mortgage or Land Contract? Which is best?
Added (1). I have a home that I have been renting for 6 years, the tenants asked if they can assume the mortgage. My home is worth over 300k and I only owe 150k on mortgage. How is a assumable helping me? Wouldn't a land contract be better for me? They for some reason can't qualify for a loan.
