Hi there in the next month I am planing on buying a new home which means a mortgage. I am 24 and need all the help I can get to get the best deal and save as much money as possible as well as any hiccups along the way. My annual income before taxes is $65,000.000 and I am self-employed; business turnover is $120,000.00. I am looking for a decent home for the long run to settle, should I purchase as two owners or buy on my own. And should I use this home as rent.
