Buying a home on contract. Want to buy a primary residence with fha?

I currently live in a mobile home for 8 years. I am buying it on contract from owner. I am in the process of buying a home with a fha Mortgage. The mobile home is over 10 years old and needs many repairs that I do not want to waste my money on since mobile homes do not go up in value. I have someone who will take over the contract of I get my new home. My question is will this cause a problem with my fha loan?
