Buying house 1 month before divorce in Florida?

My divorce has been taking much longer then expected due to the courts changing judges around. I have been building a home for the past year and it is supposed to close one month prior to my divorce. I know florida is a equal state but could they make me sell my home and give him half profits if he isn't on the mortgage or deed? I am also buying the home with another person so I won't be the only one involved. Thanks!
