Do I live a poor, middle class, or upper-middle class lifestyle?

I'm a 22 year old guy right out of college, living on my own. I work in the Investment Banking industry. Here is how I live.
After taxes, I bring home $5,000 home a month. Here's what I spend each month
Rent- $1200(I live in a luxury 1 bedroom apartment so it's pretty pricy)
Food- $840 (I eat all organic food)
Cable, internet, and phone- $200
Utilities- $100
Healthcare- $330
Total spent each month- $2,670
I have around $1,300 to play with each month, and I save $1,000 each month.
Do I live a poor, Middle class, or upper-middle class lifestyle?

Added (1). Guys let me clarify something. I live in a midsized city. $1,200 for a ONE bedroom apartment is extremely expensive for our city.
