I have 7 accounts in collections and 5 charge offs?

if I get one collection removed from my credit report by negotiating that in the deal before paying in full, would this help my credit? The collection I am negotiating is one of my biggest collection debts, if the creditor or debt collector agreed to remove this from my report upon receiving payment, how much would his improve my credit score?
