Giving real estate to someone?

My grandma is giving her land to me. A total of 3 small pieces of land, totaling about 10 acres. She is just signing it over to me. There is no mortgages on the land, it is free and clear. What will the tax repercussions be for both of us? The land is in rural Missouri. Thanks
