Is it smart to buy a house while started starting college?

I feel I won't be successful in college while living with my parents because my two sisters with their families moved in and its chaotic. I don't want a roommate… Here's the thing if I rent the rent averages around $900 and up and if I buy which I have a downpayment for the mortgage would be $500-$650? Would this be smart?
