Can I be evicted if my name is on the Deed?

My ex boyfriend purchased a house. We moved in together with our kids. He did put my name on the Deed. I've been in the house for 4 years. 2 years ago he went to prison. I have been paying for the house. Just recently I stopped paying the mortgage. Now his mother is trying to evict me. We both have power of attorney. Does she have the right to evict me if I'm on the deed
