Can I afford a 500k house with 300k down earning 65k annually?

Hello. Let's say I am making $65,000.00 every year and I would like a $500,000.00 house. If I put down $300,000.00 would I be able to get a loan for the rest of the money? Also, how much would it cost monthly to own a house similar to that? Is this even possible? Thanks!
