Husband doesn't want to work because I provide enough?

My husband doesn't think he should work anymore than I do because I make $130k annually before taxes. Yes we can easily live off of that, we're paying mortgage on a house and making payments for 3 cars but isn't it fair that he should work too? We don't even have kids to take care of. He wants to stay at home or play sports for fun. And traditionally, its the woman that usually stays at home and the man works, he's backwards. What should I do?
