What are Funding Fee to US Bank and EhousingPlus Funding Fee, in GFE mortgage loan?

Besides the ridiculous origination, processing and underwriting fee (Which I will relentlessly negotiate down), there are following fees I don't understand.

What are:

Document Fee - 175
Wire Fee - 50
Final Inspection - 100
Funding Fee to US Bank - 300
EhousingPlus Funding Fee - 225
Tax Service - 85

Are these fees legit? Or Just a way for a lender to rip off money from me?
