Can I include appliances in the remodel/renovation of a home?

I plan to buy a foreclosure and remodel/renovate it to my dream home. I was wondering if I can include the new appliances in the rehab or will the contractors be against it? I plan on using the FHA rehab loan. I am a first time home buyer abd was curious. Thanks in advance
