Should i let my ex-husband use my house s home equity to pay off his credit card debts?

he wants to use the equity in the house i got in the divorce (which he pays the mortgage on per the judgement) to pay off his credit card debt. Are there risks to that? Is it stupid for me to even think about letting him? What happens if he fails to pay back the HEL? Will my house be in jeopardy?
