Will I be able to get a mortgage? - 1

I have a little over 100k in savings. I just started a full time position at a clothing company and am looking at getting a second job now. I m also in school to complete a certificate program and when I finish that I ll be able to look more into my career choice with higher pay!

I haven t been at this new job for very long.
My credit hasn t been established yet either.

I understand I m not a spectacular candidate for a mortgage but because I have the 100+k from my inheritance from my grandpas passing, I think it would help my chances!

What can I do to qualify to buy a house sooner rather than later?
