I want to go to college, how do I get scholarships?

I want to go to college, I took some classes at North Seattle College but I ran out of money, and my parents make too much for me to qualify for household income based financial aid such as the FAFSA, but they have huge bills and mortgages so they are unable to cover the cost either.
How do I get scholarships or is there a program something?
I'm 21, male. I have Asperger's. Live/born and grew up in Seattle.
My interest is in Computers and technology.
I'm currently doing light fixture maintenance (night job replacing light fixtures).
