If i own my home, but it needs a lot of repairs what s the best way to get a loan?

I recently have inherited a house and unfortunately it needs a significant amount of updates/repairs. However, I m not sure what would be the best option for a loan. Whats the best way to get the money to fix up a house that is going to need atleast $60000 in repairs done to it? I ve heard about FHA 203K loans and just refinancing… Idk.
