I m currently going through a divorce/dissolution. My husband and I bought a house two years after we were married, and though I am not on the mortgage, I am listed as the survivor/owner on the auditor s website (So I AM on the deed, I think that s what that means) My father told me that means he has to buy me out. Is that true, since I m not on the mortgage?
