My fiance and I make about 70k a year combined and we have 30k for a down payment. My credit score is 635 and hers is 660. We were researching fha loans and they seem cool. Anyone in the real estate business, please help me? I work for state government and she works as an teachers assistant. Do you y hinkle we qualify? If so how much? We current pay 1300 a month in rent.
