Does it make sense to refinance with these numbers?

Am I looking at this right? FYI I am very slow with math and numbers but as far as I can see refinance to 20 years i would save a lot in interest vs redoing 30 years again correct? WF is messing with my head. I'll appreciate any feedback thanks Does it make sense to refinance with these numbers
