How does Mortgage and bank loans work exactly?

Im a apartment guy, but thinking about moving on.

Looking into buying a Mobile Home in the future. Looking for insight on how a mortgage works.

So If a trailer cost 15k what would be the process of getting a mortgage, downpayments and such. Step by step if possible.

Will the Bank own the mobile home and i make payments to them to pay it off.
