How to claim rental income on a property rented out by a non-owner?

A relative of mine is renting out a residential property that I own. He is paying all expenses pertaining to the rental and taking the rent every month. Between him and I, who claims the rental income on a tax return and who claims the mortgage interest and tax deductions? The mortgage and title are in my name.
