I am seeking to get a loan for 10,000 for an Investment Property? - 1
Added (1). However i am not working at the moment as of December 2015. My score is 733. I'm looking at a property which currently has a tenant. I would like to pay off this loan with the rental $ i receive. How can i achieve this loan without employment and at a reasonable APR? I tried LendingTree and got approved for 5,000 but the APR is ridiculous. I do not want a mortgage loan just personal loan.
Added (2). I have 30k in available credit card. 0 Debt.
