What can i do to this campaign to get more peoples attention?

If you dont want to click, the campaign is about a friend of mine who asked my help, i am experienced in business at least but i dont know.

What hes looking for is to quickly get a property, because hes running out of time to persue his greater goal of a philanthropical inventor, if he cant get it in time, given hes limited by his current study for the next 4 years, hell end up in a dead end position for years instead, regardless of whether he finds work as an engineer.

As a result, hes only looking for land, which he can build a small shed on, until he can build a workshop of sorts.

What could be done to gain peoples sympathy or attention with this campaign? His situation is somewhat dire and hes not asking out of laziness, the mortgage on the land is easily repayable, the issue is time.
