Why have my Chapter 13 bankruptcy monthly payments stopped?

I am involved in a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I am holding a mortgage, the trustee for chapter 13 has stopped sending me the monthly payment. I cannot get any answers from anyone. Can anyone provide some helpful information? I would really appreciate it.
