Nice places to live in Leicester?

Hi All

I would like to take some advise from the people who know Leicester area, I am want to move to Leicester from Slough
My bank has approved my mortgage about 160k, I have thought about it and I think Leicester will suite me the most as I
can sometimes drive back to Berkshire to meet friends, at the moment I am single but soon will have wife hopefully, I am
intersted to know nice hilly areas with beautiful sceneries and also not to far away from schools and public transport
and should be under my budget, my prorities are house, sceneries, schools and transport, any advise will be appreciated
