What kind of FHA loan should I get?

What kind of FHA loan should I get?
Added (1). I would like to buy a house which stalled when renovations were almost completed. The house price is about the max of my fha pre approval.
If I get a fha K loan, will they provide the mortgage even when it is incomplete? ( some rooms only have base boards, no flooring).
I have the funds to finish the house if I can secure a fha loan.
Or, would they allow me to put the funds into an escrow and still give the fha even though the flooring is incomplete?
