What should I do next after I was denied by my lender over documents?

First time home buyer I went through the home inspection, terminate,escrow and the option fee, but I didn't do the appraisal because of her, but my experience with my lender wasn't on the same page she always miss understood what I be telling her what's going on but the reason of denial is I gave her my tax form that I made a small error on and she told me she can't take that cause they verify every document I sent to them so she have to denial and find another mortgage but this time am going to my credit union. What should I do? What's going to happen next? Advice
