I'm still under medical treatment and have family, mortgage, utilities, and food to supply this home. Ok, we asked for $300,000 and today they offered $50,000. Wondered if it is the way of the world, and take it so I don't loose my home. Have expenses for medical and attorney fees but still I won't loose my home.
