ok my mom didn't have a will that i no of but she didn't want the house to be sold but my Sister that lives out of state has a lawyer takeing me to court to become the execotor so now i have a court apperance and this lawyer is trying to sell the house Chico California my mom didn't want the House 2 be sold plus this house was already boght and payed for my mom loan my sister more than what she says because now she saying that thairs a Mortgage of 23,000 owed on my moms house. I've been Upgradeing every thing on this house to.So she trying to say half is hers and so she whants to sell the house
